A visit from Lorenzo Gray
On January 16, 2019 I had the opportunity to speak to nine young men ages 12 thru 17 at Oak Garden Church at 4008 S. Polk St. in Oak Cliff, Dallas Texas at the invitation of Mr. Kevin L. Ross, Vice President of Black Men Who Care Inc. and it was both fulfilling and enjoyable. The young brothers were attentive, receptive and activity participated in the process. In discussing Preparing For Their Future, we focused on DECISIONS, MISTAKES AND CONSEQUENCES. Several grown men observing the discussion were inspired to contribute to the conversation and made many great points that motivated and inspired the young men. I look forward to the next opportunity to speak to these young men and others.
